Magnetic Ceramic liners combine the hardness of ceramics along with the cushioning and fatigue resistance of rubber. This makes it highly durable and resistant to high velocity, fine particles and high flow wet mud or a similar viscous mixture of liquid.
The liner is a composite product made up of rubber, ceramics and magnets bonded by a hot vulcanization process.
The rubber performs as a cushion to take the impact, the ceramics act as an anti-wear layer and the magnet eliminates the usage of fasteners and helps install the liner without any tools required.
